Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access non-public areas. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or probe systems, (b) upload malware, (c) scrape, spam, or overload our infrastructure, or (d) impersonate others.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments & refunds
Prices are in CAD. Refunds may be granted within 7 days for self-paced courses if less than 10% is completed. Live cohorts, private coaching, and downloadable content are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Taxes are calculated based on your billing address.
- Chargebacks for legitimate purchases may result in account suspension.
- Discounts and coupons cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
Content and license
Course materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, re-uploading, or public performance is prohibited without written permission.
Privacy and data
We process personal data as described in our privacy practices. You can request data access or deletion. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.
Liability
We provide educational content without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted, we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in Toronto, Ontario.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your region, whichever is higher, or have verifiable parental consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
